Message	but aren't we jumping the gun a bit here to automatically assume the doc screwed up? Sometimes there just isn't "someone to blame" no matter how much we want a scapegoat. Unfortunately, sometimes things "just happen". I have definitely heard of people having an allergic reaction to anesthesia and not waking up (lots of my family are in the medical profession).
